Gosper, Kearney, and Phelps Counties

These three counties located in central Nebraska have experienced the largest water-level rises in Nebraska as a result of infiltration from the released reservoir water.  The largest water-level rise, per county, since predevelopment are about 112 feet in an area 6 miles north of Bertrand in Phelps County.
