Then & Now Upper left: Trenton's original depot, "largest between McCook and Akron, CO," was completed in 1886. The new depot, above, built on higher ground was ready when the new railroad line opened in 1953. This building also stands empty as Amtrack speeds by on its way to somewhere else.
